  I loved Dr. Kelly and her staff. Unfortunately, I have missed two appointments in the last 6 months, and have been dismissed from her office. I've actually never heard of this, although I'm sure it is common practice...maybe? I wouldn't be as upset as I am now, but she has kicked my entire family out of her practice. My husband, who LOVES her office is now not able to go back and he has never missed one appointment! I was aware of this policy, but not the part about the entire family being dismissed. maybe it is somewhere in the fine print no one reads (lesson learned). Before you see Dr. Kelly, please make sure you are better than I am at remembering appointments. I wish that the part about the family being dismissed as well would have been made clear to me.

  This office is out for your money. Be aware that your well woman exam will be split up into two office visits, so that they can outrageously charge you for both. They inconveniently don't tell you about this until you've already taken off work and are sitting in their office. Their reasoning is they have to take care of all the questions/concerns in the first visit, then you are forced to schedule another day off of work to come back in for the actual exam. Look at your bill carefully and question the charges, because the office staff will slap you with whatever they can. Dr. Kelly is meh. She is void of personality and I really didn't get the impression she cared. After an hour and a half long office visit for various things, the only helpful advice I got for my stress level was to buy a $75 sound machine and sleep with ear plugs at night. Well, that's not happening since I have children and need to be able to hear them. The nurse assistants and physician assistant Janey are pretty great, which is this office's only saving grace, as well as the ability to do in-house blood work.
