- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst insurance company around. Filed hail damage claim over 3 weeks ago. Adjuster came out and took pics two weeks ago. Been sitting on adjusters supervisors desk every since. Customer service sent email requesting info on the hold up, and received no response back. She also informed me that once it gets approved, it takes another week for them to issue a check. Meanwhile all my neighbors have received payment for their damages, through other insurance companies. On top of that a second hail storm came through two weeks later and hit area north of us. My family members are already getting their checks for the second storm.October 31, 2017by billy bob
