- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They are ridiculous!!! They have no idea as to what is being done! Been trying to pay my policy for 2 weeks I gone in 3 times a weeks now and they refuse to take my payment each time because I was on auto draft and had to get a new debit card so I knew it wasn't going to go through so I was in there on time to pay for my policy and they keep telling me that I have had to wait till it kicks the payment back it has 2 different times and they have now cancelled my policy and I was told from corporate that I could reinstate my policy but had to go into the location to do so! So I go in and they tell me I can't reinstate it because it cancelled! They have to be really unorganized!October 08, 2017by Shaylynn Breeden
