  First, Mr. Charles McGuill's rating is ridiculous. He never met Dr. Starch, and yet gives him one star? You need to change this rating to be honest. I had a torn rotator cuff due to a being shot down in a helicopter in Vietnam in 1966. Over the years I've spent time at the VA, with military and civilian doctors. No one has been able to help in nearly 50 years. Dr. Starch examined me, and scheduled an appointment for arthroscopic surgery. He did the surgery, and a couple of days later while I was in a sling I went to a BBQ cook off asset the VFW in New Braunfels. A very big guy came up to me and asked if I had rotator cuff surgery. I told him that I did, and he asked who performed it. I told him that it was Dr. Starch. He grinned and told me that he was the best. He had the same surgery about a year ago for a shoulder that had been very painful for years. Six months after the surgery he saw Dr. Starch and held his arm out straight from the shoulder. He asked Dr. Starch to hang from it, which he did - and had no pain. This Dr. it's a miracle worker in my book. I will be needing a knee replacement before long, and guess who will be doing it?
